"The 25th anniversary edition of debut GNAC album "Friend Sleeping", originally released in 1999. This is the first release on the "Vertical Features Reissues" imprint, with all reissue artwork by Timothy O'Donnell.
Released on vinyl for the first time ever, the album is available in two colours: pink or yellow. Mastered from the 1999 DAT by Samuel J. Smith. The inner sleeve includes a collage of archive images and track commentary.

Orders include an original GNAC card - made in 1998 - and signed on the back. (address on card no longer valid). Plus a postcard.
An ironing board was used as a keyboard stand and the recording equipment was placed on a small circular dining table, all illuminated by a floor lamp. Nearly all the recordings were made in the flat I rented above a flower shop, on a corner, in Shirley, Southampton, with a few later recordings made after a move North to Salford.
